Golf Strength & Conditioning has been a rising topic within the recent years as the introduction of performance based modalities made an entry within the sport. We have to understand that previous modalities used is not enough to create adaptations within the Golf athlete to produce high forces required to reach tour level Club Head Speeds.

While the weight-room is a perfect environment for golf athletes to invest and gain experience towards improving their athleticism, many lack the understanding to moderate their approach in the weight room. If not monitored correctly, the athletes may train in excess, resulting in overtraining, or not enough – resulting in wasted time and lack of stimuli for adaptations.

My job as your Golf Strength & Conditioning coach is to help moderate, program and identify the effective dose required for adaptations while creating a robust athlete leading to a life-long athletic career.

By developing and translating your newfound athletic capabilities to your sport, will in turn, bridge the gap between your opponents giving you the competitive edge without all the fluff.


Initial Call/Consultation

This service will include an initial video call where we will further discuss your experience, training history, current / past injuries and future injury prevention strategies. We will also discuss game plan and strategies to better help your coaching experience.

 

Your Training

Through our time together, we will be developing several physical qualities. Your program will be updated on a week-to-week basis, building off the previous weeks while working along the general to specific continuum of exercise specificity. This is to ensure transfer of weight-room gains towards your sport.

  • Power & Speed Production

  • Mobility & Control

  • Training Video Analysis

  • Bi-Weekly Video Call and Strategy Sessions

  • Recovery Protocols

**For the competitive golfer, tournament preparations will be included in your remote coaching to ensure that you are at your physical best when it matters the most.

 

Coaching Access Anytime, Anywhere

Operating through E-mail, Dropbox, Facebook, Whatsapp and/or Google Drive, your remote coaching provides you with a week-to-week personalized program accessible anywhere in the world including access to private video tutorials. An open line of communication via individually preferred text-based app will be available as athlete and coach relationship is of utmost importance.

This is an individualized coaching experience so we will continue meeting over video call to discuss game plan, strategy, readiness assessment and training video analysis to ensure that you are receiving a top-tier coaching experience.


Cost:

$200 per month/4-weeks of training

Remote clients will also receive one (1) discounted in-person coaching session a month
